Cancellation Policy
THE JOBURG CMT – BOOKING POLICY Appointment Approval All consultation bookings are subject to review and approval. The Joburg CMT reserves the right to decline or cancel a booking if we are unable to accommodate the request, if the project falls outside of our services, or if we are not the right fit for the client’s needs. Preparation for Consultations Clients are required to come prepared with all relevant information and materials (where applicable), such as designs, references, patterns, samples, fabric or trimming details. Insufficient information may limit the accuracy of advice provided. No-Shows If a client fails to attend a confirmed consultation without prior notice, The Joburg CMT reserves the right to decline future free consultation requests from that client. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Late cancellations may affect the client’s ability to book future consultations. Punctuality Please arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, the consultation may be shortened or cancelled to avoid impacting other bookings. Scope of Consultation Consultations are intended for discussion, assessment, and guidance only. Pricing, timelines, and production commitments are confirmed only after reviewing all relevant information and materials. Communication All official communication will be conducted via email or WhatsApp. Please ensure your contact details are correct when booking.
